I had met Crowe at a campus accounting and finance career fair. I was impressed by the breadth of clients and the overall culture. The on-campus interview had 2 sets of interviewers: both were partners within Crowe. Each asked 3 similar behavioral questions and there was Q & A at the end. In total, the interview lasted 30 minutes.

I applied online and then got an email saying that a recruiter will be getting in touch with me. The call involve normal questions like availability/ ability to work but also some basic interview questions like what clubs I was involved with during college, academic experience, etc... Following the conversation, I received another email asking for an interview with a member of the team.
