There were two interviews, one with the area manager and then with the construction manager. Both were very straightforward interviews that were over the span of about two weeks. Received an offer immediately after my 2nd interview.
Label a picture of a house, answer some written questions about construction, and then a Panel interview with 5 people, not a hard interview but the pay was crazy low
