The interview day was call career day. There are many candidates invited. 3 part of interview. First one is self-introduction. Second is group assessment. We were given actual scenario. We meed to diacuss & come out with solution. After that we need to present it. It involves Q&A session. After that we have to seat for test. It was Computer basic & math test. After that we have 1:1 interview with hiring manager

Entretien
The initial interview would be with the HR. If you passed, you will be endorsed in a panel interview with the management team. In that panel interview, there will be activities and you will be alongside other possible graduate trainees to see which among you could be chosen well.
online interivew with standard questions e.g. why are you applying for this, tell me an instance where you overcame an obstacle, what achievement are you most proud of then followed with a phone interview as well.

Entretien
The process was smooth. There were questions on the history of DHL and the specific department that the job was in. A few personality screening questions too. The logical and maths questions were already done online.
