Friendly, casual, comfortable, but it is very weird for declining an internship. Process is fast and the result come after 1 week. They are very responsive and open so you can ask any question you want.
The first interview is online. I was asked some questions based on my CV. Then I was asked about my personality. After the interview, 2nd interview was arranged within one week.

I applied for IT department. The interview process:
1. Phone interview with HR (took almost 30 minutes).
2. Got assessment that related to mathematic, problem solving
3. Last one, face to face interview with HR Manager.
I did not manage to pass the last interview. Huhuhu
