The station Manager was very proactive. She interviewed me well before she had permission to fill a position of a soon to be retiring Agent. She called me after soon after I emailed my CV. She was wise and put it on a general job posting then just on the company's website(probably because she was thinking ahead). We met and she was quite positive, she said that I should call her first if I got any other offers before she could obtain permission to bring me on board. I really thought she was great.

Easy enough. Some traditional questions, "why do you want to work here" "what do you think you can bring to DHL?" Nothing earth shattering. Two interviewers, one of which was the station manager and the other was another tenured employee.
