The hiring procedure has a documented process however; there is not cross check to ensure that the HR is following this. Due to this, the HR takes personal grudges and does not let all eligible candidates get thu. He will reject the employee referal candidates if he does not like the employee woking in the company. HE IS VERYYYYYY RUDE! The management does not cross question HR for their activities. They promise one salary and give another. The proposed salary slab is given ealier, however when you join they give you a revised appointment letter with lesser salary.
