I got a. Phone call from the talent team in Colorado, I was so happy and excited for the interview, I have a great big experience in sales customer service for years and in technology and I'm doing my masters degree MBA, the field manager was good and we talked for a long time he kept focusing on sales and he said you have a great sales experience and we need this from you as I also worked at the Marriott he said that's perfect that's the customer service we want. at the end I asked him when should. I hear something he said I still have 6 more interviews so you have a competition, one day after that I got email that they are. Moving with another candidate. It's very disappointing when you feel you are really over qualified for this position you you don't get hired.

First impressions have been great. however today is only my first day on the job. i will be sure to update this in the future. thus far they have taken care of travel expenses, hotel, and even reimbursing for lunch everyday during training

Entretien
It was a virtual interview that lasted 15 mins. The hiring manager was very friendly and personable. The interview was short and to the point, and focused on questions from past experiences and reacting to certain situations.
