I had a phone interview, then was brought in for an in-person interview. Upon my arrival, I was put in a very small closed room for an hour to take two assessments. Then, I had a series of one-on-one interviews where each interviewer seemed to have free reign to ask me whatever questions they wanted, even if they were unrelated to the job posting or workplace. A few weeks later, I received a generic rejection via email. Overall, I was very disappointed in the process as I felt like it did not entice me to work for DISH at all. I was treated in a borderline rude manner and almost felt like I was being shuffled through the process instead of being shown around, taken to lunch, etc. I had already made my mind up that I didn't want to work for DISH, but then the generic rejection email truly sealed the deal for me on how unprofessional this company operates.

I was first contacted by phone for DISH and asked to come on site for 3 separate interviews and a test to analyze my skills. I went through all of this easily and then two weeks later, I was told they wanted to move forward with me after sending in my transcript and references. One week later they said that they accidentally gave the position to someone internally and I had to interview for something else.
