Not very professional. They missed my first appointment and I waited 40 minutes till they told me that I had to reschedule. Second attempt they did apologize and it was a fairly friendly interview. Not much on technical but if willing to take the risks of the job. There were waiting periods from one process to the other. I would be on top of them calling and emailing. Overall, it was very basic and not many people are turned down after they do a background check.
