I arrived to the Dish site at 11:50 in El Paso TX at Joe battle for my interview at 12. I was received and greeted by the miss that conducted my interview in a very welcoming and professional matter. The interview process took approximately a little more than 1 hours were I was asked many questions as far as how i applied for the position at dish and what interests me about the company and what my goal were and what I thought o could bring to thr company as far as production. The process was so fun and so well structured as I feel I established great communication with the miss conducting the interview and I got to learn much from her experience as Dish as well. The process consists of questions regarding the overall role, the company’s goals expectations, and the possibility at advancement at Dish, and most importantly I got to ask questions I had regarding anything I felt could help me better understand the position i am applying for.
