2. Phone or Initial Screening Interview:
A brief phone interview with a recruiter or HR representative. Discussion of the candidate's background, skills, and interest in the position.
3. Technical Assessment or Test:
Depending on the role, candidates may be required to complete a technical test or assessment.
4. First In-Person or Virtual Interview: Technical Interview
First step is a pre screen with a recruiter, after which you will do a few mandatory questionnaires / assessments, primarily consisting of logic puzzles, then finally a technical interview, and a final assessment.
