Your resume/application is followed up by an internal talent acquisition specialist who will ask you questions about your experience and how it may serve business needs. The talent acquisition representative will then offer to schedule an in-person interview if your response meets expectations. My advice is to always research the company being interviewed and tailor your response to meet the ideal role. You'll then have the opportunity to present 2 references followed by backgrounds. Once completed, an offer should follow.
