Entretien
Applied in mid-February and was contacted by the recruiter one month later. Typical filtering interview with the recruiter. Was scheduled a couple of days later for a phone interview with the hiring manager. Next step was individual interviews face to face with the hiring manager again, supervisor and director. Behavioral and situational questions. These interviews lasted 1.5hrs. I immediately got a call from the recruiter afterwards that same day to have another interview with another manager, supervisor and director. That interview ended up being two weeks later.
Got an odd vibe at this last one. This round of interviews lasted 1.5hrs. Director had me waiting over 10min. A lot of the same questions as each interview was individually done..so I've repeated myself on the same questions for consistency 7 times now. At this point I was over Davita. Did not hear back from the recruiter nor have I reached out

Received a call from a Recruiter who contradicted herself several times, speculated, and mispronounced words. What is more, the recruiter provided feedback without even asking me questions relevant to the interview questions.
