Entretien
Went to a hiring event, filled out a short form. Briefly spoke to an RN at the desk, was taken back to a room with snacks and other candidates to wait for an interview. Only waited about 10 minutes and had a brief interview with 2 people. After that interview they decide if you get to move on with a 2nd interview, which was scheduled for the following day. I will update after the interview process is complete.

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Entretien
Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

General. Describe yourself, how have I dealt with difficulty situation, desired pay, work hours…
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
