came in to interview during an ice storm. Facility administrator was very nice and made me feel comfortable even though I could see that there was a lot going on that day. I interviewed one day and was asked to come back for a second interview and testing. A few days later I received a call that I was hired if I still wanted the position

Entretien
They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.

Entretien
Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.
