I had 2 interviews, 1 with Recruiter and then 1 with the hiring manager. Behavioral questions and how this position skills aligned with the position. Turnaround time was a week. Position didn't start until the next pay period.

Phone interview with an internal recruiter then on-site interview with a different recruiter who was over an hour late to the interview. Called back for a meeting with the Divisional VP which went well but never heard back even after I sent thank you cards and emails.
