I had my first-round interview with a recruiter based in Singapore. The interview was rescheduled twice, and one of the changes was communicated only about two hours before the original time.
The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but wrapped up in around 15. I was asked to share my questions at the beginning, and then we went through some standard topics like my background, why I’m interested in Datadog, and why Customer Success.
The role itself focuses mainly on cross-sell and upsell opportunities, with renewals handled separately. Overall, the conversation felt quite brief and structured, and I didn’t get a strong sense of engagement during the call.
