Entretien
1st: Phone screening with a recruiter
2nd: Phone interview with hiring manager
3rd: Email test, send an example of how to respond to a customer email inquiry
4th: Video panel interview (all separately) with VP of customer success, a peer in the role, and the hiring manager.
Throughout the whole process, the recruiter (Margee who I worked with) was SO helpful. She prepped me for my interviews and checked in to see if I had questions.

Entretien
Extremely fast process, each step followed up by the recruiter asking for feedback & providing next steps. The most streamlined and efficient interviewing process I’ve had yet so far.
Each step provided more clarity and expectation setting to the role.

Standard interview questions: why are you suitable for the position and why is this company interesting to you?
- Interviewer, based in Singapore had her camera off which I thought was both rude and bizarre
- Robotic in nature and made no attempt to be personable or warm
- I could barely hear her or understand her
- asked the most generic interview questions
- at the end of the interview did NOT ask me if I had any questions and kept saying that she has many more people to interview and was basically saying ok you're not going through.

Entretien
3 rounds of Interview ( 1 with the Recruiter, 1 with the Hiring Manager alone, the last interview is with the Hiring Manager, Director and a current Customer Success Associate). Each interview was 30 mins. Make sure you understand what Datadog is and have all your answers formatted in the STAR method.
