This was definitely a lengthy process. I had a manager reach out to me directly, had a very brief chat, and when we realized it was a clear mismatch, I was set up with another interview for a different team. The process from there was recruiter interview -> manager -> second call with manager -> 2 hour, 4 person panel -> deal review (rejected after this) -> sales challenge.
I thought the interviewers were great, especially the person that would have been my direct manager. I really enjoyed talking with him and trust that he is a great manager. Definitely wish I could have been part of his team!
They're really honest with you which is really nice. Even though its a lengthy process, they're not there to waste your time at all.
Make sure to really focus on your outbound skills. I had done an outbound-only role before and was told I didn't have enough outbound experience.
I don't think I translated my existing role and responsibilities well enough which was ultimately my demise.
There were two questions that I really enjoyed and wasn't expecting.
"Is there any part of the interview that you think you didn't do well on? "
"teach me something"

Question 1
Tell me about how you leveraged a champion when a deal was going sideways
My interview experience was a complete waste of time. The recruiter simply talked at me, rhyming off what felt like an autopilot script, with very little effort to actually listen to anything I was saying.
After that, the process was nothing but automated email triggers from their ATS. Nobody checked in, nobody made sure I understood the next steps, and nobody seemed remotely interested in whether I was happy with the process. It felt like I was just a number and that the focus was more on hitting interview scheduling quotas than actually assessing candidates properly.
To finish it off, I received an automated rejection email with zero feedback. If they genuinely want to attract strong AEs into the organisation, they should seriously revise this process.

3 phone calls, one hour long in person interview, 1 hour long zoom call. Such a waste of time, especially having to take off of work in order to interview with them. Seems like they definitely string you along and make the interview process as long as possible.
Professional process and helpful recruiter. They will provide you some materials to prepare. But during interview, the co-interviewer was quite rude. Giving pressure to candidate and even showed disrespectful. Main interviewer was good tho.
