Entretien
- Screening phone with recruiter: Couple of discussions regarding background and what I was looking for.
- Coding exercise with two problems: one about getting the minimum number of coins that matches a given value (knowing that you always have an exact match) and a simple recursion problem (graph search)
- Take home exercise: react app, with Rest API, to monitor CPU usage with a couple of requirements
- Another coding exercise: A bit more complex, but feasible. Receive an event stream, parse the tags and retrieve the sibling tags from an input
- Design system interview: Interface that displays data from a JSON source without any specified schema. You should be able to define what properties you can see and define filters on it. Much more focused on UI, but interesting to discuss the relation with the API to be used.
- Interview with hiring manager: Talk about a technical project I was involved, with very much focus on the details. After that, he asked me to explain another concept of my choice

- Team match (team managers present their teams and projects and you choose the one you prefer)

I really appreciated the care from the recruiting team during this interview process. The recruiter made sure to check in at each step and provide feedback (which is rare to receive in this industry). I was also very impressed by the kindness of all of my interviewers and their willingness to answer all of my questions.

Entretien
Le premier entretien RH se focalise sur l'experience, les motivations, le fit avec l'offre. S'en suivent deux entretiens de coding (test d'algorithmique style leetcode). Suite à ça, un entretien de system design, dont l'objectif est de tester les capacités à concevoir l'architecture technique pour répondre à un problème vague donné en début d'entretien. Puis enfin un entretien sur l'expériences et les valeurs (discussion technique sur un projet + questions comportementales). Le process est clair, le talent acquisition manager m'a donné des conseils tout au long du process pour bien préparer les entretiens.
