My candidate experience was really positive. My hiring process consisted of three steps:
👉🏼 First call
👉🏼 Take home project
👉🏼 3 interviews of 45 minutes (with 3 different people each time)
The sequence of steps was very smooth, I got a lot of feedback and the process took about 2 weeks. Everyone was very flexible!

I had a great candidate experience! :)
The recruitment process was personalised, fast and pleasant. I had 3 interviews via Zoom - 45 min in 3 days and an offer several days after.
People were friendly, available and I could feel that they were really fulfilled at DATADOG.
It seems to be a great company: fast-paced , innovative & collaborative environment with talented, humble, international people.
My advice : show that you share Datadog’s values : enthusiasm, humble, precision & openness.
