It starts with an HR Screening. Then you have a Director-level behavioral interview that introduces the case study, from here you do the take home case centered on sales forecasting and productivity. From here expect a Case Panel with 3 Manager level team members, and finally if you pass it’s a final round interview with the VP

pretentious ex-MBA interviewers who talk down to you even though I, myself, went to a prestigious school and have over 10 years of experience at top tech companies. Interviewed Self-glazed Datadog a lot in the interview itself, saying it was the only SaaS company worth working for.

Had a video screening with recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. Then was told to hold off on doing the case study because they had candidates further along in the process. Never heard back. Why even waste my time by having me do interviews then if you weren’t going to even move me along in the process? Then I saw they reposted the exact same job multiple times a month and then two months later. Either these posting are fake to give a perception the company is doing well or they plan to string along more candidates.
