4 Interviews (after initial coding competency interview): 2 Coding, 1 Design, 1 Behavioral. One of these interviews was cancelled and moved to a week later due to a cancellation on their end. Nailed all of the interviews, but was rejected because they felt I wasn't fully explaining one concept during the design interview to their satisfaction. Felt they were going out of their way to find something wrong to reject me on despite multiple job openings that I more than qualify for given by resume. They wouldn't even consider down-leveling me. I guess they were putting me at a senior level despite me stating I did not have senior level experience but was hoping to get there. Extremely disappointed and disillusioned at what companies like these are even looking for at this point. I suspect anterior motive.
