Entretien
It was an incredibly long process (5-6 months). I was so confident I would get the job that I rejected another role. I was completely blindsided towards the end by a last minute org change, told I was an incredible candidate and would be considered again once a job opened up and then I was completely forgotten. I reached out for a second time as soon as I saw another opportunity. I was able to skip the written assessment and meet in person. One of the interviewers was distracted by being on their laptop and answering messages while interviewing me (it felt as though they already made up their mind about me) and I was unable to perform my best. For being unemployed for so long, there was absolutely no empathy for how long it has been for me. I was rejected for not showing that I could act as a gatekeeper for my executive.... it felt like an excuse and I left feeling absolutely defeated with the job market.
Applied online and interviewed. I’ve applied multiple times and was rejected every time although I finally passed screening this instance. I’d always gotten a weird energy from Talent Acquisition there but they definitely give off vibes that they’re racist, which is more evident after seeing a recent review. (Look at the department and people they hire.)
