Applied with cover letter and CV. First I had a phone interview with someone from recruitment, covering quick fire STAR questions. Then had online assessments. The written assessment had a non-enforced time limit which I exceeded (I think this is one of the reasons I did not move on to the final interview). They ignored my requests for feedback.

first had to submit CV and cover letter, then telephone interview, then various assessments, then zoom interview and a writing test. the whole process took 2 months. bad communication with HR as they didnt respond to my emails

Entretien
This was, with no competition, the worst hiring process I've ever done for any company. Confusing application form, poor communication from HR, telephone interview organised at 6pm the night before, then AFTER the interview an online test which made absolutely zero sense.

Entretien
Telephone interview (no video) by HR, asked typical interview questions such as why do I want to work at Dehns. No precise time slot - gave my available timings in an email to Dehns who then responded saying they'd call me between a certain time.
