I was called about a week after applying and told they were interviewing for the position the same day and the following day. I am currently employed and the best I could do was come in the next day in the late afternoon. There was no phone screen.

La entrevista ha sido facil, tambien preguntas sobre la experiencia en soporte technico y attencion al cliente. Tambien hubo preguntas sobre applicaciones OS/Windows, documentacion technica, como resolver un problema technico. Preguntas sobre la conducta, como trabajas y que opines sobre las nuevas technologias.

Easy and straightforward, typical questions asked, as well as language proficiency checks. Very friendly interviewer, was interviewed once by HR and once by my to be manager, but this was due to applying to a language requirement role
