The interview process was a little unorganized with change in management. Company was reorganizing and hiring for multiple positions while also getting a new manager in from outside the company.

The interviews were average difficulty, utilizing the STAR method. The issue I had was the lack of communication throughout the interview process. While I'm aware I wasn't offered the role, I have yet to receive any communication from the hiring team, even after multiple inquiries.

Initial interview with inside recruiter then one phone interview followed by two face to face interviews questions were the usual STAR type. HR recruiter gave great communication throughout the process.
