Applied online via DLG website. Passed initial screening within minutes and was sent a link to complete the behaviour-based, psychometric assessment (Skyrise City). Takes about 40 mins to complete and is done via a game, where you react to the scenarios presented to you ("there is no right or wrong). Very unique approach to testing and was somewhat fun! A few days later I was told I'd been moved forward to the telephone interview stage. The call was approx 15-20 mins in length and was from a very calming and comforting member of DLG. He told me a bit about the role, the purpose of the call (to find out a bit more about myself) and a chance for me to ask any questions. I have listed the 4 questions that I was asked below. Once all the formal stuff is done, the interviewee placed me on hold and reviewed my answers. Within minutes I was told that I had been successful and invited to the assessment centre! I am now awaiting the AC, which is in a few days time.
