Online application, one - three phone interviews after. Monitor application process online. It can take months to even be put "In Progress." From there you are not guaranteed an interview. Schedule an interview online when prompted. All interviewing for College Program is over the phone. At any point in time you can be put into the "o Longer In Consideration" category. You will receive an email upon acceptance and they will tell you your Role.

Entretien
Interview was phone based. They asked about 6 questions.
First question was tell us about yourself and what brought you to the college program.
Second question was about how I would handle an irate guest and they gave me a situation where a ride went down and what I would do if that guest had been waiting for an extended period and what I would do to remedy it.
Third question: what role do you see yourself being the best fit for and why.
Fourth question: involved a situational question regarding enhancing the guest experience for guests visiting from out of town.
