I applied online on August 27. I received an email the next day to take the Web-Based Interview. Right after I took the web interview I received an email to make the Casting Appointment. I asked to take it two weeks later because I was going to go on vacation. When I came back from my vacation, the next day is when I had the casting appointment. I went dressed in business attire. I brought a resume (although my interviewer didn't ask for it because she was looking at it on her computer, but always bring it just in case). The interview was really easy. Asked me about 4 questions: Why did I choose Disneyland?, What was my last job? What did I do? Am I willing to do the requirements for the job I chose? Offered me the position of cashier I applied for on the spot! Also take into consideration, that not everyone gets hired on the spot. There were some people whom I saw that left the casting appointment with nothing in their hand. They will usually give you a green slip to give to the receptionists for further details of your employment. And that is basically the interview process I went through to get the position.
