Open casting call, they will get in touch with you if you fit their requirements and ask you to come in for a group interview. From there they will narrow it down to call backs. At call backs you must demonstrate skill and answer questions. There are many candidates and only a few spots.

Fairly straightforward and what I was expecting as I had done my research beforehand. The interviewers were nice and friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.
The interview was really interactive and I got on really well with the interviewers. I’m so happy that I managed to secure my place as one of my favourite Disney Princesses! :)

Very simple phone call with HR rep, basic questions for logistics and general questions about why I want to work for the company, offered role on call after audition that went well in person
