First was invited to social dinner with other applicants interview with Dow. Was a great way to meet the people that you will potentially be interviewing with. Interview was with two people, 30 minute interview. A lot of behavioral questions, specifically with regards of teamwork.

I interviewed for a summer internship position as a junior chemical engineering student. The interview was 2.5 hours long with 30-minute chats with 4 different people. The questions were straightforward and the interviewers were engaged in conversation throughout.

Technical question about what would have to be considered when scaling up from an in-lab experiment to a supply chain.
for summer intern, there is only one interview with both manager and technical person, which will take around 1 hour to ask your expertise and soft-skill questions. Technical person will ask a lot questions related to the job description in detail. The candidate need to have a very well prepared in order to get the offer.
