I applied through Dow 's website relatively fast after the job offer was posted. I waited for two months before I got called for an onsite Assessment Center. It took one day and we first had a group exercise. The people I had to work with were all very pleasant and nice, and we didn't have any type of disagreement during the discussion. There were no less than 10 people panel throughout the group task. After that we were all called up for our individual interviews where no difficult question was asked. About three days after the AC I was contacted by one of the Lead Engineers from my interview saying they would like to see me for another one on one interview at a certain location of Dow. Of course I accepted the invitation, and went to see them one week after the AC took place. The conversation was again very relaxed and I enjoyed each bit of it. Apart from the lead engineer, the leader of the Dow center was present and he wanted to know about me and my previous experiences. At this point, I received some technical questions as well, but nothing too difficult. After the interview, I was given a tour around the plant and was shown what it is produced at the certain location. Three days after the second interview I was contacted by the HR manager saying I got the position.
