I followed an unusual process. I started with an interview during a career fair, then they suggested me to apply for the graduate program. I didn't make for the final step as I was in another country doing a curricular internship and I couldn't attend the general in person meeting. Overall, all the managers I spoke with were very nice. The process was the following:
1) Resume review
2) A general interview about my studies & skills
3) Application through the website (submission of a project)
4) Motivational and business case interview
5) In person meeting and selection

Really smooth, an initial interview to introduce yourself followed by an interview where you answer questions based on different scenarios they propose. The last step is an in person case study.

The process has been a bit slow, as I got a (negative) feedback just one month after the video interview. The process has been:
1) Assessment test (numerical)
2) Video interview
The assessment test was fair and didn't require any particular knowledge except for good reasoning-logical skills.

The interview process included a prescreening with more focus on personality and job experience, motivation letter and a video interview in which you had to record your answers via video tool.
