A casual conversation, almost as if catching up with a distant relative. Goal is for them to assess you as a person. Just be yourself and you should be fine.

The important part is during the 1-week internship following the interview where the company can assess if you really are interested in doing this. It is a presentation you must prepare where you mainly answer 2 questions after the week of training. 1. How does the company make money mainly? 2. How are the different commercial departments connected?
