All was great till we reached the offer stage where the contract conditions where hostile towards the employee! Contract clause like: - Manager controlling working hours at will including shift hours without employee having a say - When sick or having an emergency, an employee have till 9AM on the first day to report sickness or emergency! - Health insurance with one of the worst providers in Spain (for example on one site the provider has a staggering 1 start with more that 400 detailed review) - Clause stating that employee benefits can be canceled whenever they want without prior notice. When I asked for clarifications and adjustment to have the contract more friendly for employees (for example having more time to report if i'm sick or that my workweek is normal and not under absolute control of someone else at will) I got a message saying that they are not going to discuss nor change any parts of the contract and they understand if i don't want to continue.
