Entretien
It was your average formal interview experience. At first it was basic behavioral questions where the STAR method had to be applied. It then went further into case examples which required a bit more analytical skills

Entretien
Recruiter screen, Hiring Manager interview, two rounds of panels. Each panel asked 4-6 behavioral questions. Minimal follow up on answers. Very procedural.
Their interview process is entirely based on STAR responses. Based on my experience, they're not interested in getting to know you. They have boilerplate questions they will ask and you need to answer in STAR fashion. Make something up if you need, as long as it's in STAR.
That said, my experience was rather negative. Two interviewers kept cutting me off and interrupting me. Both panel rounds were cold, impersonal, and there was a tension that indicated they didn't want to be there. I came away with no desire to work for this team.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Typical behavioral questions for whichever role you're applying. "Tell me about a time you learned a new technology." "Tell me about a time when you had a difficult manager."

Entretien
Two interviews back to back with two different team members. The interview questions were fairly hard to answer and I do not think I could have prepared in advance. While waiting for the other team member, I got to speak to the current placement student.
