Over the course of 3 weeks, I interviewed. Standard stuff in the beginning...IQ/Personality test, phone interview, 2 manager panel (one RM and one DM) interview that lasted almost 2 hours. I was notified that within 3 hours that I was moving forward. I rec'd a call that evening from the RM that I interviewed with that afternoon. We set up a 1:1 coffee interview at local coffee shop. Asked questions to get to know me and to see if I "mesh" with his current representatives. He felt I would. He set up for me a FULL DAY ride along with one of his best reps. I asked the rep if he would recommend me (I was the 2nd person he had ride along with him) and he said that he would rather work with me than the other person. I got a call the next day and the 2 managers from the panel scheduled a dinner with me for the following week. (I was excited at this point because my brother in law says this is when they will offer you the job). 1 day prior to the scheduled dinner I got THE call. The RM called me and said that he had to take a transfer due to corporate restructuring. YADA YADA YADA! Oh well.

This was one of the hardest interview processes I have ever gone through. There are many rounds to the interview, and they use the “STAR” process (you can look this up). If you are interviewing for this company, it’s imperative to study this process so you know how to answer questions correctly. I made it through to the final round of interviews (it was between myself and one other person). In the end, they went with someone more familiar with the territory.
