Very Casual conversation with VP talking about life and employment experiences. Very easy to connect and makes the interview process feel more comfortable. Also informed during the interview how the job is not for everyone and a driven personality will help you succeed.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
