Initial screening call followed by two zoom meetings and one in person meeting at the Austin office with the senior vice president. They will not pay you until 45 days into training where you will finally be contracted. You are expected to pay for all your licenses out of pocket and then you get reimbursed for a max of 80%

They reached out on LinkedIn, and we set up an introductory call. Then, I went into the office for an in-person interview, where we had a conversation about the responsibilities, pay, and culture. Straightforward and honestly good conversation. Was suprised that I was not called back. The position seemed like a role for those looking to start a book and dive into wealth management.
