Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter from Plano TX. He briefly discussed the position and sent me the job details. I am actively interviewing with other companies so I asked for an expedited process and they delivered. I had two phone interviews within 2 days and received feedback from the recruiter the next day. I was told that they wished to extend and offer but the clearance had to come from Sweden and that could take several weeks. Although I am continuing the process with Ericsson I am going to also interview with the other companies and see what they have to offer. Having to wait several weeks for the final offer is not what I had in mind and I don't know if I would have interviewed with them if I had known. If the other companies come back with something better and quicker I think I will have to move on without Ericsson.

Question 1
There were no standard HR questions i.e. tell me about a time when you had conflict at work. They were more concerned with what was on my resume and that I knew what I was talking about. They also wanted to know the type of equipment I had experience with and why I wanted to leave my current job.
