Call from HR, then group interview, then manager/director interview. Will need to have all documentation for education, salaries (W2's or 1099's), and any certifications. Will need to draw complex scenarios for solutions and break/fix. If you have work you have done, it is good to bring it with you.

Since I am 10 years experience, they started asking design questions. first round is telephonic and followed by f2f. I am not happy with the interview process. screening round should be like candidate should be aware of important concepts, STL, boost, etc. then you can start with other technical questions.

I was interviewed on campus. It was group of 3 people, all were managers and generally asked me some questions related to network , ATT, and probs associated with it. Not too technical
