I applied online, the interview process is too drawn-out, over 2 months. HR brief phone call with screening questions. Then invited for in-person interview with HR and then two senior leaders from management. The question are very repetitive, interview conducted one on one, so similar question from each person. I was told that they would follow up with next step of the process. It was about 3 weeks later for a shadow day. I met with few associates as they worked, for a few hours.
