Multiple interviews. Hard to schedule because you have five different meetings to go through. Not sure why there is so many. Probably for college students. The people were all nice but strenuous process that did not make sense.

Expert Institute has a thorough interview process, which begins with a phone screening once your application has been reviewed, followed by a video call, case study or project sample, concluded by a second video interview with a senior staff member.

Entretien
I applied online, the interview process is too drawn-out, over 2 months. HR brief phone call with screening questions. Then invited for in-person interview with HR and then two senior leaders from management. The question are very repetitive, interview conducted one on one, so similar question from each person. I was told that they would follow up with next step of the process. It was about 3 weeks later for a shadow day. I met with few associates as they worked, for a few hours.
