First interview was over the phone. I was asked about my experience and to describe a personal project I had done. The phone interview took about twenty minutes. I was then invited to Round 2, which is an in person interview. Expect to be there for 2-3.5 hours.
In person interview: Five interviews, six interviewers. First interview was two employees from the role I was applying for. They asked me basic questions about myself and why I am applying to Eze Software and a brainteaser (gold bar one). The second interviewer was project manager. She basically asks more non-programming related questions. Third interviewer asked about Java/programming basics. You should know data structures and whatnot. They work in C#, but demonstrating skill in C/C++/Java should be OK. The fourth interviewer was one of the bosses. He asked for additional background/why I'm applying there and asked a more challenging brainteaser. Last guy didn't really ask much of importance. More of the same "about you" stuff and personal project details. The interviews felt very repetitive and draining. I found them to be positive but, for the most part, many just asked the exact same questions. They will really want an example of a personal project, so make sure you're ready to explain one. Lastly, each interviewer will expect you to ask them questions at the end. Have some questions prepared for them as well. Saying you don't have any questions will probably be unacceptable and show a lack of interest.
