The interview was very organized and quick. I spoke to two people (one at a time) for a half hour each. I was interviewing for an internship, so it was more low-key than a full-time interview. Full-time interviews are much more intense and involve a loop of at least four people and take half a day. My questions were relatively easy and job-related. I think for support staff (i.e. non-technical) the interviews are partly about fit and partly about skills. For technical positions they want to be sure you can do the job, of course.
