One interview with teamleader and superiors abroad via Video. Laid back atmosphere. They were looking for this certain language combination for quite a while and communicated this openly hence they were willing to raise their first renumeration offer immediately when I asked.

Applied online. A series of tasks divided in three parts. Translation from a foreign to English language, English to foreign language, and research a couple of tasks.
After the written part, two interviews - with a HR manager, and with a department manager.
Laid back and casual experience.

Entretien
After sending my application they contacted me about taking a language test from home via e-mail. After succeeding in the test they called me for an interview at the office. Very friendly atmosphere. They led me to a meeting room, where there were 3 interviewers. We went through my CV and then each asked some questions. The only negative was it took very long to get an answer from them.
