The interview process was good. The interviewer was properly dressed and was very clear in her questions. She also made clear that I know Factset Philippines and my job responsibilities.
It was a pretty quick initial interview. The interviewer asked a bit about myself then explained the working set up and schedules for training. The next part, the interviewer asked some basic technical questions about finance and accounting.

I received a call from the HR department regarding the role and salary details. The hiring process consisted of two rounds: the first with two team leaders and the second with the manager. The entire process was completed over two days.
