J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FactSet
Entretien
3-4 people all at different times: HR, Manager, Senior Managers. Started with an employee referral, and moved from HR all the way to those that head the division/group. They hire smart and driven people, this is evident with those employees that have been there for many years. The interview wasn't too difficult, but the new hire training was very intense. They invest heavily in the their employees, and expect the employees to be on top of their game.
