The job description sounded like they wanted entrepreneurs and wanted innovative people. Turned out it was just a warehouse attendant job. It sounded like they wanted salespeople that were good at working with different types of construction customers, but mainly it seemed like they just wanted a package handler.

2 rounds of interviews, both taken by the general manager of the branch. The interview process took 2 weeks. Both interviews were online, asking general HR questions. It was a great experience.

Getting the interview was fast and the interview itself went well in my opinion, but the post-interview went terribly. I was asked normal questions for the position, but generally surface level.
I was given empty promises after empty promises after the interview. very unprofessional.
